He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard O'Donnell and Mary O'Donnell; and his siblings, William "Slim" O'Donnell and Mary Jo Fabing. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, James H. O'Donnell Jr., Kathleen O'Donnell, Deanna Smulterowicz (Mike) and Virginia Condon; his brothers, Thomas (Kathy) and Patrick O'Donnell (Cindy); and his sister-in-law Wilma Kuhlig. He is also survived by grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
