She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Augustyniak and Marie Augustyniak; and her daughter Shawn Henry. She is survived by: her husband Richard Henry; her children, Kelly Bacuita (Adriano) and Erin Wilson (Brian); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Adriano, Hannah, Faith and Aubrey.
