He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Jacewicz; and his parents, Adam Jacewicz and Victoria Jacewicz. He is survived by: his wife Joan Jacewicz; his children, Susan O'Kelly (Michael), Michael Vana and Caryn Zeman (Greg); and his grandchildren, Scott O'Kelly, Kayla O'Kelly, Anthony Vana, Eric Tucker (Whitney) and Matthew Zeman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
