She is survived by: her children, Edward Doorn, Diane Klosak (John) and Gary Doorn; her grandchildren, Kimberly Smith (Joshua), Michael Klosak (Rachel), Jillian Reavis (Jay) and Randall Klosak; and her great grandchildren, Alexander, Abigail Smith, Ethan, Liam, Elliott Klosak, Weston and Olivia Reavis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
