It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gardenia C. Moser (Plainfield, Illinois), born in Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on May 16, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Plested and Gladys Plested; her husband Joseph M. Moser; and her sister Beverly La Barge. She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Backer (Frantz) of Long Island, NY and Nancy Franger (Gary) of Bolingbrook; her grandchildren, Nicole, Kyle Franger and Edward Backer; her brothers, Gilbert Plested of Muskegon, MI and Earl Plested (late JoAnne) of Thayer, MO; and her nieces and nephews, Kim, Jo-Lyn, Jon, Carl, Cheli and David.
