He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ashley Schultz (Johnston) and John Schultz of Plainfield; his siblings, Dominick, Nathan, Adella and Bethany; his grandparents, Alyce, Brian Villanova, Kenneth, Michelle Johnston, Christine, Clint Murphy, John and Kathy Schultz; and his aunts and uncles, Sean Johnston, Corey, Sarah Johnston, Keith Johnston, Mary Johnston, Katie Smego, Jacob, Danielle Schultz, Justin and Julie Schultz.
In lieu of flowers, gifts to the family for a yet to be determined memorial in Ezra's name would be appreciated.
