She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene E. Posey; her parents, Lonnie Borden and Lillie Borden; and her siblings, Gwen Borden, Bobby Borden (late Patsy), Charles Borden (Vivian), James Aaron Borden (late Jane) and R. M. "Curley" Borden.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Posey of Lake Station, IN, Katherine Sterling (Henry) of Joliet, IL, Lucille Kooyenga (Hank) of Joliet, Timothy Posey of Plainfield, James Jones (Kathryn) of Plainfield and Stephen Jones of Brownsville, TN; and her siblings, Billy Wayne Borden (Irene) of Moulton and Servants of Mary. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
