He was predeceased by: his father John Murphy; his daughter Monica Lyson (Joe); his wife Diane Murphy (Monteleone); and his siblings, Robert (late Evelyn), Dorothy, John (late Theresa Mary), James (late Loretta), Richard (late Dorothy), Donald Murphy (late Rita) and Joseph.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Murphy (Lisa), Victoria McGrail (Martin) and Sean Murphy (Sandra); his grandchildren, James, Joseph, Jessica, Christopher, Kaitlyn, Matthew, Kerri, Angela, Rebecca, Martin, Jacob, Sean, Shane, Ryan and Addyson; and his great grandchildren, Angela, Natalie, Cole, Ella, Skylar, Autumn and Kadyn.
