It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene E. Gawle Sr. of Plainfield, Illinois, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Louise; his son Eugene E. Gawle, Jr. (Diane); his parents, John Gawle and Honorata Gawle; and his siblings, Rose (late Fritz), Edward (late Jessy), Frank (late Gertrude) and Sally (late Edwin).
He is survived by: his children, Karen Borow (Tom) and Charles Gawle, Sr. (Betty); his grandchildren, Samantha, Natalie, Amanda (Mike), Nathan, Charles, Jr., Danielle, Ann (Justin), Joe and Mary; and his great grandchild Aaron.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dementia Society of America.
