She is survived by: her husband Marcos Cuevas; her children, Manuel Cuevas (Yesenia), Sergio Cuevas (Estela), Marcos Cuevas (Ofelia), Ernestina LaMonte (Chris) and Linda Cuevas (Carlos Miranda); her grandchildren, Melissa Aguirre, Jessica Schoenrock (Brad), Andres Cuevas, Christian Miranda, Alicia Alvarado (Michael), Romario Miranda, Isabella LaMonte, Daniel Cuevas-Del Toro, David Cuevas, Christina LaMonte and Analis Miranda; her great grandchild Sofia Miranda; her mother Arcelia Vargas; her siblings, Martha Vargas (Francisco Ramirez), Antonia Zuniga (Manuel), Isaura Del Toro (Gonzalo), Ofelia Fajardo (Federico), Arcelia Robles (Jose), Maria Elena Valencia (Jesus), Hortencia Moreno (Santiago), Gildardo Vargas (Elsa) and Rosalva Del Toro (Ramon); and her sister-in-law Lupe Vargas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Anderson Memorial Home & Heartland Cremation Services (21131 W Renwick Rd, Plainfield, IL 60544). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
