She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Brazil (Larrisey) and Harold Brazil. She is survived by: her children, Melody Armatys (Tony), Vanessa Handy, Yesenia Barajas (Marco), Gloria Rodriguez (Gus) and Rick Echeverria (Sol); her grandchildren, Robbie, Nico, Anthony, Jessica, Joe, Emma, Ayva, Yoanna, Alexa, Mia, Malakye, Savannah and Noah; and her great grandchildren, Azmariah, Layla and Camila. She is also survived by her brother, two sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
