She was predeceased by: her husband James Burt; her parents, Frank Przybylo and Ann Przybylo; and her siblings, LeRoy Przybylo (Linda) and Shirley Mikrut (late Louis).
She is survived by: her children, William F. "Bill" Burt (Penny) of Monticello, MN, Christine Johnson of Minooka, IL and Cynthia A. Hennessey (John) of Plainfield; her grandchildren, James Burt, Emily, Natalie, Hannah Johnson, Matthew, Mary and Patrick Hennessey; her brother Frank Przybylo (late Susan) of Portland, OR; and her pet Bear.
