He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Barthalamia Formas; his children, Christina Egan, Paris Casey (Michael), Tina Andrasek (Kevin) and Edwin Formas; his grandchildren, Sean (Katharina), Nicholas (Lauren), Neal, Natalie, Lea, Mia and Macy; his great grandchildren, Jesse and Carrick; and his siblings, Frank Formas (late Ann), Fred Formas (late Theresa), Carl Formas (Anna Murphy) and Adeline Kratafil (Marian Stang). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
