He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Zika and Hermina Zika. He is survived by: his sisters, Lorraine Chambers (Dewey) and Hermina Zika; and his nieces, Lori Henry (Robert) and Anna Chambers (late Dewaine). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
