He is survived by: his wife Janine Warner; his daughters, Jennifer Vaughan, Megan Schumacker (Jeff) and Kaitlyn Hammock; his grandchildren, Riley Vaughan, Reese Vaughan and Kaye Schumacker; his siblings, Lester Warner and Tammy Bickert; and his stepfather Tom Shrout. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
