It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy F. Blenck of Plainfield, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on April 19, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William P. Blenck; her parents, Donald Shafer and Esther Shafer; and her siblings, Marjorie Aschenbrenner, William and Robert Shafer.
She is survived by: her children, William J. Blenck (Peggy) and Sharon Kimmel; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Garcia, Jeremiah Kimmel, Ian Blenck and Isaac Blenck. She is also survived by numerous great- grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
