It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy A. Murphy of Plainfield, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 13, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Murphy; her parents, William Griffin and Mary Griffin; and her siblings, William Griffin (late Gertrude), Robert Griffin (late Veronica), Mabel "Mickey" Regenauer (late Adolph "Reggie"), Richard Griffin (Kathryn) and James Griffin (Christine Pfiefer).
She is survived by: her children, Richard Murphy, John Murphy and Colleen McNally (Timothy); and her grandchildren, Richard, Ericha, Sean and Jamison.
Current health guidelines state that no more than 250 individuals at a time may pay their respects to the family, and guests are required to wear masks and follow social distancing procedures.
