She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edward and Iva May Obst; her brothers, Roy Allan Obst and Ramon "Ray" Obst; and her former husband Kenneth Buerger.
She is survived by: her husband Richard G. Henning; her children, Ronald Wayne Buerger (Debra S.) of Joliet, Debra L. McGinnis (Tim) of Joliet and Shane DeBerry (Marrie) of Coal City; her grandchildren, Rachiel Buerger, Jakob DeBerry (Josie), Ryan DeBerry (Hailey) and Danielle Obst; and her great grandchildren, Kailey, Khloe, Meredith and William.
