“I just found out about this today when reading the LT Alumni News letter. I am sick to my stomach with grief. I became close friends with Don when I met his sister in HS. We did a lot together. He even wrote me letter when he was in the Army ... I still have them. I always had a special place in my heart for him. I wish I knew about his service so I could have said goodbye.”
