She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Kujawa; her husband Mitchell Barach; her children, Mitch Barach (Denise) and Mary Flisk (Ted); and her siblings, Joe Kujawa (late Gladys), Ethel Hunoway (late Bill), Richard Kujawa (Sharon), Lucille Burcham (Don) and Ted Kujawa.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Ted Flisk (Nikki), Mike Flisk (Laura), Tom Flisk (Jean), Brandon Barach (Kimberly) and Steven Barach (Allie). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
