He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Retterer and Lyla Retterer (Lerchen); and his son Aaron Retterer. He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Quinn (Mike); his grandchildren, Aidan, Connor and Alyssa Quinn; his siblings, John Retterer (Marilyn Sobleski) and Sylvia Bykowski; his friend Lynn Spataro; and his nieces, Linda Welsh (John) and Nancy Rad (Saeed). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
