He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his sons, Nicklaus Jakusz (Stefanie) and Matthew Jakusz (Jenna Yamanaka); his brother Paul Jakusz (Tracy); and his nieces and nephews, Dana Jakusz, Kara Starshack (Chris), Ryan Jakusz, Nate Jakusz (Megan), Mel Jakusz, Becky Jakusz, Donald Kantowski (Michalene) and Kate Ambrosini (Joe).
