He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kulach and Ann Kulach; and his nephew Eric Milham. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Thomas of Waukegan, IL, Deborah Golonka (Dennis) of Davis Junction, IL and Cynthia Homan (late Jerry) of Palos Hills, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Lauren Thomas, Marcia Cisneros (Rudy), Andrew, Emily and Michael Homan.
