She is survived by: her sons, Michael Ernest (Donna) of Plainfield and Eric Ernest (Julie) of Plymouth, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Leann, Daniel, Aaron and Ryan; and her brother Leonard Osinski (Kathy) of Iowa.
