With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecelia Dollinger of Plainfield, Illinois, who passed away on January 28, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandson Thomas Jeschke; and her siblings, Wilhelmine McCarley, Genevieve Harms and John Hammel. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Dollinger; her children, Donna Jeschke (Paul), Mary Dollinger (David Kavanagh), John Dollinger (Noreen), Paula Lorenz (Gregory) and Edward Dollinger (Gloria); and her great grandchildren, Stephen Jeschke (Erin), Tess, Reagan, Alexandra, Ellie, Lauren Perkaus (Matt), Grace, Blair, Michael Kavanagh, Heidi Dollinger, Nick Dollinger (Holly), Daniel, Ivy, Lucas, Tyson Dollinger (Heather), Adalynn, Celia, Lula, Theresa Dollinger, Anna Strohbehn (Wes), Clara, Lydia, Elizabeth Lorenz, Matthew Dollinger, Casey Dollinger and Nathan Dollinger. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to Covid restrictions, a private Catholic Mass celebrating her life will be held for her family at St. Mary Catholic Church in Minooka, where they were members since 1985.
