She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Fitzpatrick (Vachata) and Barney Fitzpatrick; her husband Nicholas J Modaff Jr.; and her daughter Sandi Lee Modaff. She is survived by: her children, Kimberlie Modaff, Melissa Hayes (Jack Gilbert), Betsy Modaff and Jack Modaff (Tracy); her grandchildren, Erika Bell (Nathan), Madyson Bell, Courtney Benson (Gregory), Brinsley Benson, Blakelyn Benson, Brooke Collins, Carolina Honey, Jackson Modaff, Thomas Modaff and Baylee Modaff; and her siblings, Diane Vermeland (Larry) and Barney Fitzpatrick (Kathie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
