He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Gruben (Dick) and Margaret Gruben; and his brothers, Dick Gruben (Pam) and Dave Gruben. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Tom Gruben of Batavia, Mike Gruben (Janet) of Joliet, Bruce Gruben (Missy) of Geneva and Meredith Avery (Dave) of Sandwich; and his brother Steve Gruben (Becky) of Plainfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to the Alzheimer's Association or other charities would be appreciated.
