She was predeceased by: her husband John; and her son Jack Oplustil. She is survived by: her son Paul Oplustil (Elizabeth); her daughter-in-law Elorie; her grandchildren, Adam, Alicia (Scott) and Mia (Jeffrey); and her great grandchildren, Indi and Nyla. She is also survived by her parents and siblings.
