She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. Polenc; her children, Michelle L. Busby (William), Joseph K. Polenc (Yvonne E.) and Anthony J. Polenc (Rebecca L.); her siblings, Peter Forquer, Marilyn Alcott (Graham) and Patricia Winchell (Ed); her grandchildren, Ashley Meaux (Kevin), William Busby, Joseph Polenc, Madeline Slowikowski, Lucas Polenc, Jonathon Polenc and Vincent Polenc; and her great grandchild Joseph Polenc Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
