He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Cichy and Stanley Cichy; and his uncle Joseph Oleszko. He is survived by: his girlfriend Clarice DiPietrantonio; his children, Amy Jackson (Chris) and Michael Oleszko (Nicole); and his siblings, Daniel Cichy, Nancy Todd (Lee), Patricia Loveland (Jim) and James Cichy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and good friends.
