She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mikes and Elizabeth Mikes; and her siblings, Charlie Mikes, Helen Mikes, James Mikes, William Mikes (Frances), Joseph Mikes, Emil Mikes, Frank Mikes (Betty), Ella Mikes, Jean Novak (John) and Lillian Hruza (Louis).
She is survived by: her husband John J. Sladek; her children, Carol Richards (Daniel) and John M.; her grandchildren, John A., Alison Richards and Ryan Sladek (Abigail); and her great grandchildren, Milena and Macklin Sladek. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
