He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Crook and Ada Bernice Lee Crook; his granddaughter Mary Jane; his great grandchild Ryder Andrew; his siblings, Larry Crook, David Crook, Sue Sides and Dorothy Brehe; and his in-laws, Junior and Betty Schlieper.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Crook; his daughters, Mary Louann Shaw (Steve) of Pittsfield, IL and Betsy Jane Bruno (Carlo) of Marshall, MO; his grandchildren, Tom Shaw (Ashley), Andy Shaw, April Shaw (Mike Brewer), Richard Swartout (Andra), J. T. Snyder, Madison Throne (Matt Henderson), Joshua Throne and Alithia Bruno; his great grandchildren, Owen Shaw, Tucker Shaw, Ziony Shaw, Julian Villareal, Cristian Swartout and Adrian Swartout; his siblings, Donald Crook (Karen), Sandy Blackorby, Becky Shephard, Mary Ellen Crowe, Katy Williams and Vada Williams; and his cousin Roger Crook (Jane). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
