He is survived by: his wife Rita Kay Akers; his son Adam Neff (Elisa Garland) of St. Charles, MO; his grandson Ari Neff-Garland; his siblings, Phillip 'Butch Neff of Hannibal, MO, Larry Neff (Rita) of Hull, IL, Kenny Neff (Angie) of New Salem, IL, Rose Sanderson of Pittsfield, IL, Norma Neff of Baylis, IL, Connie Howard of Excelsior Springs, MO and Karen Davidsmeyer (Mike) of Centennial, CO; his nieces, Sara Wyatt (Greg) and Selina Brawner (Chris); his godsons, Jimmy Sanderson (Tiffany), Josh Neff, Sonny Howard, Doug Davidsmeyer and Jared Davidsmeyer; and his brother-in-law Gary Akers of Orlando, FL.
