He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Paige Coultas Campbell (Chris) of Jacksonville, IL, Breana Coultas (Cody Hawker) of Pittsfield, IL, Angie Lipcaman (Brad) of Pittsfield, IL and Drew Webel of Griggsville, IL; his grandchildren, Amiaya Howland, Elijah Howland, Rylie Lipcaman, Rory Lipcaman and Liam Dale Hawker; and his brothers, Charles Coultas of Pittsfield, IL, Michael Coultas of Quincy, IL and Mark Coultas (Brenda Smith) of Summer Hill, IL. He is also survived by his parents and grandparents.
