He is survived by: his children, Bruce Ervin (Cathy) of Springfield, Brian Ervin of Waynesville, IL., Theresa Newton (Cloyce) of Westminster, CO and Lisa Ferreira of Bellingham, WA; his grandchildren, Matthew Ervin, Dana Turasky (Brad), Courtney Kershaw, Jessica McKee, Daniel Ervin, Andrea Brady, Emily Ervin, Corey Newton (Sarah), Travis Newton (Elizabeth), Christopher Curtis and Benjamin Ferreira (Abby); his sister Dorothy Wombles; and his nephews, Steve Wombles (Patty), Gary Wombles (Charisse) and Mark Wombles (LaJune).
