He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Collins and Lois Rumple Collins; his wife Marjorie Zumwalt; his sons, Douglas Collins and Larry Collins; his grandchildren, Travis Wayne and Mary Elizabeth Bland; and his siblings, Rosalie Chapman, Elizabeth Dockery, Agatha Gerard, Ruby Thrasher, Florine Baker, Mildred Bartlett and Richard Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Paul Collins (Jill) of Pittsfield, IL and Betsy Bland (Russell 'Rocky') of Pittsfield; his daughter-in-law Susan Collins of Pittsfield, IL; his grandchildren, Heather Collins (Johnny Ruble), Kim Watkins (Mike), Whitley Yokem (Matt), Katie Calhoun (Dylan), Dee Vandermolen, Joni Schlieper (Adam), Lisa Hobbs (Mike), Braden Collins (Sarah Hilligoss) and Kinzley Collins; his great grandchildren, Hayden Collins (Rheagan Gregory), Sophia Collins, Hunter Hobbs, Owen Hobbs, Reid Springer, Jaxen Spann, Eli Ducey, Auggie Yokem, Hubbert Yokem, Cora Vandermolen, Zach Schlieper, Zane Schlieper, Jase Hobbs, Maci Hobbs, Joel Hobbs, Bonnie Calhoun and Spencer Calhoun; and his great great grandchildren, Paisleigh Collins, Kalannah Collins and Joseph Paul Collins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
