It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie I. Stone (Pittsfield, Illinois), who passed away on May 10, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edward and Ora White Stone; her siblings, Mary Akers Neese, Charles Stone and Jess Staley; and her significant other Neal Crossman.
She is survived by: her son Albert Dale Stone (Joyce) of Pittsfield; her granddaughter Paula Stone of Jacksonville; her great grandchildren, Levi Borrowman of Champaign, Hannah Whitley of Pittsfield, Chloe Stone of Jacksonville, Kayden and Owen Gallagher of Jacksonville; and her brother John Stone of Bethalto. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
