He is survived by: his wife Zona Casteel; his children, Larry Casteel (Pat) of Pittsfield, IL, Gregory Casteel (Maggie) of Indiana, Maria Smith (Monty) of Pittsfield, IL and Tereasa Shaw (Steve) of Pittsfield, IL; his stepsons, Mike Hack (Charron) of Springfield, IL and Roger Hack of Pittsfield, IL; his grandchildren, Wyatt Smith, Claire Duke (Brady), Isaac Shaw, Rylee Shaw, Tannis Nightingale (Ed), Amy Wheeler (Brett), Josh Smith (Kelly), Jonathan Hack and Alexander Hack; and his great grandchildren, Lilly McCann, Nate McCann, Avaleigh Nightingale, Adler Nightingale, Scottie Smith, Carter Smith and Griffin Smith.
