Douglas Booth and Bill Booth; his siblings, Logan Booth, Mariah Booth, Jenna Booth, Carrie Johnson (Adam) and Tayleigh Booth; and his grandmothers, Thelma Douglas and Ann Hamm. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
