He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Ator and Ruth Ghrist Ator; and his son John Ator. He is survived by: his children, Christy McGlauchlen of Pittsfield and Timothy Ator of Pittsfield; his grandchildren, Paige Taylor (Jason), John Ator, Emily Ator and Isaac McGlauchlen; his great grandchildren, Grayson Taylor and Briggs Taylor; his close friend Linda Haskins; and his siblings, Estil Ator (Debbie), Linda Carnes (James), Lee Ator (Tammy) and Roberta Boarman (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
