He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Dice and Lillie Dice; and his son Richard Allen Dice. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Buchanan; and his sons, Gary Len (Pam), Timothy Paul (Sheila), John Marc (Victoria), Kevin Scott (Lori), Philip Craig (Dora) and Ronald Gregg (Kathy). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren.
