He is survived by: his wife Carlene Sheppard; his children, Robert Sheppard (Kelly) of Payson, IL, Tom Sheppard of Pittsfield, IL, Bill Sheppard (Martha) of Pearl, IL, Jim Sheppard of Pittsfield, IL, Ron Sheppard (Mary Ann) of Plainview, IL, Sandy Wigington (Larry) of Pittsfield, IL, Mary Lagemann (Dave) of Pearl, IL and Kathy Scranton (Tom) of Milton, IL; and his brother-in-law Dale Moore. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to be made to French Cemetery or Mississippi Valley Christian Service Camp.
