He is survived by: his children, Rick Pennell of Winchester and Brenda Gilbert (Rob) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Cody Pennell (Molly) of Indianapolis, IN and Madison Gilbert of College Station, TX; his great grandchild Zoey Beth Pennell; his brother Keith Pennell (Dixie) of Murrayville; and his daughter Sandra "Sam" Pennell.
