He was predeceased by: his father Gary Cox; his grandparents, Velma, Jack Sidwell, John and Erma Cox; his uncle Leon Cox; his aunt Shirley Ramsey; and his father-in-law Stephen Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Sharon Dierking Cox; his wife Amy; his daughters, Hayley, Abigail, Katie and Sydnee; his sisters, Angie Fessler (Bryan) and Jodi Gengler (Craig); his mother-in-law Theresa Smith; and his sisters-in-law, Ashlee Nash (Michael) and Kristen Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to be made to the family c/o Niebur Funeral Home.
