She is survived by: her children, David Eustace (Mary) of Pearl, IL and Carol Sams (Larry) of Kampsville, IL; her granddaughters, Dee Pendleton (Jim) of Kampsville, IL, Denise Sams of Gurnee, IL, Donna Hodap (Rich) of Waukegan, IL and Debbie Adams (Mike) of Waukegan, IL; her great grandchildren, Kari Lee (Aaron) of Lindenhurst, IL, Taylor Klingaman of Minocqua, WI, Sarah Workman (Alex) of Jerseyville, IL, Bellanca Lucchesi of Denver, CO, Gabrielle Workman of Kampsville, IL and Jacob Adams of Waukegan, IL; and her great great grandchildren, Vanna Lee and Ryder Lee.
