Richards (Pittsfield, Illinois), born in Pleasant Hill, Illinois, who passed away on July 30, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richards and Hallie Caylor Richards; his wife Zelma Ann Windmiller; his brother Wayne; and his son-in-law Wally Groom.

He is survived by: his children, Mark Richards (Sherry) and Joan Richards Groom; his grandchildren, Kurt Bloyd, Dawn Richards, Doug Richards (Alicia), Angie McDonald (Doug), Kate Murphy (Brian) and Ann Murphy (Eric); his great grandchildren, Madison Murphy, Brianna McCutchan (John), Hannah Hayden, Grace Murphy, Gwyneth Murphy, Jess Hayden, Carly Murphy, Josie Murphy, Finn Murphy, Clint Bloyd, Olivia Bloyd, Abigail Null, Michael Null, Eliza Richards and Ruby Richards; his great great grandchild Nova Murphy; and his brother Clarence Richards of Pittsifeld, IL..
