We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2023, at the age of 85, Helen L. Aiken of Pittsfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Meradel Sanderson Winston; her husband Curtis Aiken; her father Donald Winston; and her daughter Lila Capps. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Cox (Jeff) of North Carolina and Dean Capps (Nancy) of Pittsfield, IL; her sister Ruth Bennett (David) of Pittsfield, IL; her grandchildren, Adam Cox (Juli), Sarah Denbow (Robby) and Jeremy Capps (Bailey); her stepgrandchildren, Ryan Howland (Erin) and Bryan Howland (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Liliwyn Cox, Selah Cox, Noelle Cox, Abraham Denbow, Atlas Denbow, Lylah Denbow, Lila Capps and Noah Capps; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Avery Howland and Adley Howland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
