He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ray Howell and Violet Howell (Hastings); and his siblings, Brenda Myers and Larry Ray Howell. He is survived by: his sister Judy Constable (Howell); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shelly Constable McKee, Angie Constable McEuen, Scott Constable, Bridget Miller, Billy, Brian and Brad Miller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
