He is survived by: his children, Angela Hull (Jeff) of Worden, IL, Crystal Lewis (Ken) of Mt. Sterling, IL, Christina Butler of Pittsfield, IL and Jerrame Butler of Quincy, IL; his grandchildren, Clint Lewis (Delia), Carter Lewis, Nathaniel, Mara Hull, Genevieve Allen, Adaline and Roslyn Hughes; his great grandchild Damien Lewis; his brothers, Roger, Allen and Tracy (Pat Hayden); and his pet Fred.
Memorials are suggested to be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
