She is survived by: her sons, Loren Vincent Phillips of Pittsfield, IL, William Earl Phillips (Vicky) of Pittsfield, IL and Dwight Edward Phillips (Lynn) of Pittsfield, IL; her grandchildren, Erin Phillips, Jennifer Ghosh (Dipanjan) and Jessica Phillips; her great grandchildren, Brooks and Charlotte; her sisters-in-law, Betty Bradshaw and Marion Phillips; and her nieces and nephews, Shelley Meyers, Donald Kent Foreman (Dorothy), Ben and Emily Meyers. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
